Vikram-S: Prarambh mission of India’s first privately developed rocket successful
India’s first privately developed rocket, Vikram-S, is scheduled to launch from the Indian Space Research Organization’s launchpad in Sriharikota on Tuesday, creating a favourable atmosphere for private actors in the space sector. According to CEO and co-founder of Skyroot Aerospace Pawan Kumar Chandana, the launch will occur at 11:30 a.m. It will be the first private launch in the country and the inaugural flight of Skyroot Aerospace, dubbed “Prarambh,” which will send three payloads into orbit. Two of them will be customers from India, and one will be from abroad.
